Il y a environ trois à quatre mois, j'ai acheté un téléphone au magasin La Source aux Galeries de la Capitale (Québec). Pendant mon travail de camionneur, mon téléphone est tombé de mes poches et, sans le savoir, je suis passé dessus avec ma van (lol). J'ai souscrit à votre assurance à ce moment-là. Maintenant, je cherche à déposer une réclamation, mais je ne peux pas le faire car le magasin La Source où j'ai effectué l'achat n'est pas répertorié. Merci.

I submitted two claims for my bat with different dates as I couldn't recall the correct one. The latest one, service number #[redacted], is the accurate date when I noticed it stopped working correctly. I am uncertain if it's permissible to change the date and if using both dates is acceptable. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a necklace from Amazon along with an Asurion 3-year protection plan on 2-6-23. Unfortunately, the necklace broke and when I tried to file a claim, my purchase account number couldn't be found. I have the receipts for both items. Can someone assist me in getting the necklace repaired or replaced? I'm unsure of the next steps to take. I will be using my wife's email for communication. Thank you and have a great day. - M.F.

I have been attempting to contact someone at Assurion numerous times, but I keep getting redirected to an automated system that doesn't let me provide proof that I returned the phone. I need to ensure I won't be charged as I have the UPS tracking number. I am frustrated that I can't speak to a real person at Assurion or even through Verizon, as they also lead me to an automated system. This situation only offers the option to initiate a new claim, with no way to address my specific issue. I could really use some assistance with this matter.

I've been attempting all week to have my boyfriend's phone screen repaired. They've submitted around 5 claims, but the first 2 were denied due to incorrect information provided about the phone's status. Even though subsequent claims were approved, the technician canceled appointments two days in a row. After this, they mentioned the option of sending a replacement phone, which seemed unnecessary. They also tried to claim that the incident occurred before the coverage period, despite my multiple explanations to various individuals about the incident timeline.

I received a refund from Asurion in the form of an Amazon gift card for the internet TV that got damaged during a power surge. After buying a new TV and Asurion warranty, the order was unexpectedly canceled twice due to issues with the gift card. Despite ongoing discussions with Amazon to resolve the matter, I have been unable to secure a new internet TV. My worry now is about the warranty purchased for the initial TV that was never received. Can I receive a refund for the warranty since I still do not have an internet TV?
