Due to a series of unfortunate events, I am currently homeless, residing in a travel trailer wherever there is space to park. Lacking power, heat, and running water, my situation is challenging as I am [redacted]% disabled, reliant on Medicare, and grappling with various chronic illnesses, including liver failure necessitating regular treatment and hospital visits. To manage this, I aim to assemble a team of specialists to reduce ER visits for procedures such as paracentesis. With a monthly income of approximately $[redacted] from SSDI and my wife as my dependent, I am seeking urgent aid to secure a place in an RV park within my financial means. Navigating assistance programs and completing the necessary paperwork has been daunting, and I could use support in this regard.

My brother, David Johnson, initiated a Nutrition Assistance case (CASE NUMBER: [redacted]8) several months ago. On April 27, [redacted], he received a request for additional information from DES via mail. Unfortunately, due to undergoing double foot amputation and staying in various medical facilities, he was unable to fulfill the request promptly. We suspect the case may have been closed for inactivity. We are seeking guidance on whether we can reopen the existing case or if we need to start a new one. I am reaching out on behalf of my brother, as he is currently hospitalized and will be away from home for several more weeks. It is crucial for us to identify a direct contact who can assist him, as the automated system is cumbersome and lacks operator access. Thank you for your help. Kevin J.

I recently received a letter from Fam Serb informing me that I need to re-enroll by October 17th to continue receiving benefits. My last interaction with DES was when I was informed that I no longer qualified for Nutritional Assistance due to Medicare coverage, and I have been struggling without it since. I tried to confirm the letter and check if I had a balance on my SNAP benefits, but the automated system stated that I no longer have the benefit because I failed to re-enroll. The letter indicates I have time until October 17th, and I was unsure if I had been receiving benefits all along. I also remember a previous instance where I was close to qualifying but would lose healthcare benefits with Medicare. I am 51 years old with multiple serious pulmonary, bone, and muscle conditions that are inoperable due to high risks.

I need to renew my medical assistance benefits. I missed the deadline but was informed that I could still renew online or by calling customer service. Unfortunately, the online system won't let me finish the application, and when I call, they can't verify my details without the 8-digit case number I don't have. Customer service has tried to reach out, but I can only contact them back on the unverified phone number. This situation is very frustrating, and I'm at a loss for how to proceed with my application.

I was expecting my food stamps to be reloaded on the 11th of every month. My last name is Vela, DOB 12-23-[redacted]. My address is unavailable. My name is Cynthia M. Vela, and the last four digits of my SSN are [redacted]. This month, September [redacted], the benefits did not come through as usual. I am unable to log in to the website to check the issue, and I do not have my case number. When I call, I only reach a computer operator with no option to speak to a live agent, and I keep getting disconnected. I would like assistance to figure out why I did not receive benefits this month and resolve the issue promptly.

I recently renewed my food stamps online and received a letter stating I need to do an interview by the 29th. Despite multiple attempts to contact them since filing on the 19th, the heavy call volume message persists. I called on the 27th at 5:40 and 7 pm to no avail. I can't waste another day trying to call. I fear being denied due to their system issues.

I recently lost my job in Arizona and am looking to apply for unemployment benefits. The Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) is asking me to refund money I received from a previous claim that was deemed ineligible after they had already paid me $2,[redacted]. I'm wondering if I am eligible for unemployment benefits now and if I have to repay the $2,[redacted] upfront or if it can be deducted from my future payments. I only worked for my most recent employer for six weeks but earned over $5,[redacted] during that time. Would this income make me eligible for unemployment benefits?
