I am disappointed by the deceptive experience I had trying to contact Amazon. The order I need to cancel is for ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted], which was purchased on Oct 23. I am struggling to cancel this very late order for a refund. It has been a frustrating process as Amazon's system seems misleading. Even after waiting for the designated date to cancel for a refund or replacement, I find no option to cancel, only a later shipping date. When attempting to request a refund through Chat, I am repeatedly informed that the item has already shipped, which is not true. This situation is causing undue stress as I urgently need this item and must reorder it from another source.

I received a text message today, 11/14/[redacted], stating a $[redacted].05 charge on my Amazon account, which I did not make. After calling Amazon Customer service at [redacted] and experiencing a poor connection, the agent called me back at [redacted]. During the conversation, he instructed me to buy Xbox gift cards totaling $70.00 to verify my authorization code. He then had me open a Bitcoin account to transfer $[redacted].05, which was unsuccessful. I also received a suspicious text message claiming to be from Amazon regarding the unauthorized charge. I am now worried about potential scams and have canceled my credit card. The customer service agent is supposed to call me back at 6:00 PM EST.

The new Amazon Prime music feature is disappointing. Unlike before, you can no longer request a specific song, just a mix similar to your choice. Additionally, you're limited to six skips per hour, which is frustrating. Considering selling my five Alexa devices and reverting to the old music listening method. As long-time members with two Prime accounts, it's disheartening to feel pressured to keep buying. Compared to Amazon, YTMusic's few commercials are tolerable since they can be skipped after 5 seconds. You have more control there with listening to full albums and selecting individual songs. Lately, we find ourselves using Amazon Prime video less, and the two-day shipping benefit is not as reliable as it once was, but that's something we can handle. This situation is just unreasonable.

Hello, I am writing about my recent order, Order# [redacted]-[redacted], with Tracking ID: [redacted]28. According to the delivery status, the item was marked as delivered last Sunday. Unfortunately, I have not received the "Garden Art Vegetable Garden Plant support Cage" item yet. On Wednesday, we had trouble connecting our Amazon Prime on a new TV. After contacting Amazon, it took one hour and forty-five minutes to fix the issue. During this time, I was instructed to purchase two vanilla gift cards repeatedly, despite expressing my inability to afford the charges. The representative assured me it wouldn't cost me. The representative mentioned it would take two days to refund the money, but it has now been three days. My frustration and distress over this matter can't be overstated. I have received 3 deliveries of Thealize Duo Gel, but 1 was ordered by mistake. My wife uses the drop form, not the gel, and I do not need any more of this type. Please cancel any future orders of the gel. I have spent over £90 on these items, and unfortunately, I cannot return them. We frequently use Amazon and would appreciate your assistance. I have been struggling to access my Amazon account for several months now. The account seems to be under review, but I have not received any communication about it. I received one out of the three items scheduled for delivery on Sunday, November 20th. The tracking states all three items were delivered to my mailbox, but I find it hard to believe as the other two items, a small white bathroom storage cabinet, and an oval shaggy area rug, would not fit. I contacted customer service three times since yesterday without much help. I believe all three items were with the carrier for one shipment. I've exhausted all possibilities like checking with neighbors. This experience is frustrating considering the significant amount of money I've spent on Amazon recently. The missing items are the small white bathroom storage cabinet and oval shaggy area rug. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted].

Last Sunday, November 20th, I had Six (6) separate packages wrongly delivered from AMAZON left outside my front door. The shippers are unidentified as their labels do not specify. These packages belong to various tenants at 83 Prospect Street, Naugatuck CT, inside an apartment building up the block. I reached out to Amazon Prime via email but have not received a response. LaGasse Realty in Waterbury, the building's management company, has not responded to my voicemail or email regarding this issue. Being a disabled senior, I am unable to carry the packages up the street to deliver them to the tenants in the locked building. Leaving the packages outside poses a risk of theft and damage due to the weather. I kindly request assistance in resolving this since all the packages are from Amazon.

Hello, I'm trying to reach out to amazon.com.be via email or contact form without success. I purchased a case for my external ssd from amazon.de in August [redacted] since there was no Amazon in Belgium then. Now, I'm trying to buy a laptop briefcase from amazon.com.be, but I'm facing issues creating a new account, as my email address is being rejected although I've never used it on the site before. After trying to reset my password, I received a 6-digit code by email, attempted to enter it, but failed. Subsequently, I was blocked from logging in after several unsuccessful attempts and was advised to contact Amazon customer service, which I couldn't do due to the login issue. I also encountered difficulties logging in to amazon.de, where I had previously made a purchase. Despite trying to reset my password and receiving the same error message in German, I remain unable to resolve the login problem. This afternoon, I contacted the Account Resolution department and spoke with an individual named "Joseph" (probably not his actual name). I called to inquire about exchanging a pair of slippers received as a gift. I clarified that the order was not placed under my name and I simply needed a larger size. Despite mentioning this, Joseph, whose primary language wasn't English, struggled to comprehend my request and rudely remarked that it was a red flag. When I requested to speak with his supervisor, he claimed to be the supervisor and refused to transfer me to someone who could better address the situation. Throughout the conversation, he spoke over me and declined to provide assistance. This experience left me feeling insulted and frustrated, as all I wanted was to exchange a pair of inexpensive shoes. I believe this does not align with the customer service standards Amazon upholds.

My HP printer has stopped working, and following online chats with HP, I was advised to replace it due to a fault. The printer, purchased from Amazon and delivered on 09/02/[redacted], is still under its 12-month warranty. Today, while speaking with Amazon about the issue, they mentioned not recognizing the email address associated with my Prime account. While I've had no problem ordering before, they claim that returning the printer for a refund is not possible. I appreciated the assistance from the representative, but I am disappointed and frustrated by Amazon's unwillingness to honor the warranty. On November 21, a package of socks was mistakenly received by my grandchild who did not check the address. The package, intended for Sarah McGee at [redacted] Griffith Road, Monroe NC, was opened in error. My correct order arrived on November 22, and my issue is resolved. Sarah McGee is now missing her order. The tracking number for the package is TBA[redacted]17. I have resealed the package but unsure what to do with it next. I want to return an item for a refund as the replacement I received does not fit. Customer service stated I must keep the replacement and cannot get a refund or return the free replacement. I am unhappy with this unusable replacement. The initial order was for a HADOR Insulated Door Curtain that did not fit, and the replacement received is also incorrect.
