I want to share a warning with fellow Amazon customers. I have been a loyal customer for many years and purchased a Perky Pet bird feeder from your site over a year ago. I noticed you still sell their products, but I urge you to reconsider. Perky Pet introduced a new port design called Flex Ports a couple of years ago. These flex ports are made of flimsy vinyl plastic that deteriorates over time due to exposure to the elements, leading to seeds falling out when birds try to feed. Many reviews have highlighted this issue, and unfortunately, my feeder is now unusable after about a year of use. I have opted to purchase a feeder from a different manufacturer with the old solid hood type ports. I'm not requesting anything from you, just sharing this message to help others avoid the same problem.

I noticed an unauthorized charge dated November 30, [redacted] from Amazon Marketplace for $24.31 on my Chase Amazon card statement on January 22. After checking my purchase history, no record of this charge in that amount on that date was found. I contacted Amazon on January 5, [redacted], where their customer service representative couldn't locate the charge in their database. Following Amazon's advice, I contacted Chase VISA, resulting in the cancellation of my card, issuance of a new one, and the initiation of a fraud investigation. To my surprise, the same charge reappeared on my February statement. Upon contacting CHASE, I was informed the charge had been validated but not provided with any details on its nature. Despite my efforts, neither Amazon nor CHASE could clarify or confirm the legitimacy of the charge. The lack of written communication or clear information regarding the validation of this disputed charge has left me puzzled and frustrated by the situation.

Dear Amazon, A few weeks ago, I placed an order on amazon.nl. Later in the month, a friend needed a laptop for managing family businesses after a recent loss. I temporarily used my bank account for his order. Unfortunately, both accounts are now blocked. Since mid-January, I've been trying to access my account ([redacted]). However, I keep receiving a message stating the account is blocked and requesting steps sent via email or SMS, which I never received. I desperately need to regain access as I am currently unemployed due to COVID and need to return an order. I have tried contacting Amazon via phone and email with no luck. Could you please assist me in the account recovery process? Kindly advise on the required information and where to send it as I do not have any contact details for amazon.nl. I received an email notification around February 28th regarding an invoice for the purchase of an Apple iPhone, intended for a person named Garcia in Liverpool, New York. I want to contest this purchase as I did not make it, nor do I recognize the recipient. Although I have checked my credit card statements and have not found any charges matching this invoice, I am unsure if it was billed to a different account. The invoice did not provide the credit card information used. I want to clarify that this purchase was not initiated by me and I am not willing to pay for it. I'm currently locked out of my Amazon account without warning. After inquiring, I found out it was due to returns (too many and poor quality). I believe most of the returns were made unknowingly by my little girl and sister sharing my account. I've removed their access from similar accounts. I'm seeking a second chance for my personal Amazon account by proving the issue wasn't mainly my responsibility. I'm also requesting to unlock my business email's Amazon account, as it has had no issues. I'm willing to undergo a probationary period or any other steps Amazon deems fit for reinstatement.

My number was stolen and my card was used for transactions. I have the transaction ID numbers and need help tracking where they were sent. One of the transaction numbers is [redacted] 88 09 24, purchased on December 25th, [redacted]. I have encountered recurring issues with Amazon's delivery service. Despite clear delivery instructions to ring the doorbell or knock, their delivery personnel consistently fail to do so. Furthermore, packages are often left at the edge of the porch where they are visible and accessible to potential porch pirates. A small adjustment in their delivery routine, such as taking a few extra steps to place packages in a more discreet location or at least alerting us of their arrival, would greatly improve the security of our parcels. An incident where a family member had to notify me about a delivery because the driver did not ring the doorbell highlights the urgency of this matter. While my community has low theft rates, ensuring the safety of deliveries should be a top priority for drivers. It is crucial for them to not only place packages securely but also to communicate their arrival effectively. Thank you for addressing this concern.

I was assisted by a gentleman online who attempted to fix my issue, but I still have unanswered questions. I am uncertain about the origin of the new dresser, the company responsible for it, and whether it will be in rustic brown. Also, there seems to be confusion about which dresser - the white or rustic brown one - will be delivered, as both are scheduled for the same date. After reviewing my checking account, I noticed no additional funds were added despite the new dresser costing less. The supplier initially confirmed the availability of the rustic brown color for the old dresser, leading to my confusion about the sudden cancellation of one of the orders.

I recently received my order of soap, but unfortunately, it was incorrect. I had ordered 5 bars of Fragrance-Free Neutrogena Soap but only received one that met my specifications. I require fragrance-free soap due to sensitivities. Despite attempting the return process multiple times, I have been unsuccessful. I believe I should not be held responsible for items I cannot use. I am requesting a refund for the 4 bars that do not match my original order. Rectifying this situation has already consumed too much of my time. I purchased a $[redacted] Amazon Gift Card on February 28, [redacted], at Albertson's grocery store, which was charged to my Chase Amazon Credit Card. Unfortunately, the card was immediately stolen online. The Claim Code for the card is AQ3Q-RDTWGK-WXBAU. I am requesting the $[redacted] refunded to my Chase Amazon Credit Card account urgently, as my card was compromised. I contacted customer service on the same day, but I am yet to receive any response.

Yesterday, I received a ceramic product that arrived broken. I took photos and submitted a return request. However, the Amazon agent who came to collect the item refused to take it back. They advised me to contact customer service. I quickly opened the package upon receiving it and found the broken piece inside. I'm a loyal Prime member and regular buyer, so I'm confused why the return process is delayed. I am not at fault for receiving a damaged item. I have attached photos showing the condition of the product when it arrived for your reference. Please assist with the return.

I have not received two orders and need a refund. The first order was for an ottoman and chair pad with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The second order was for a fire TV stick with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I believe a refund is being processed for the fire TV stick. Both orders were marked as delivered near my front door or porch on Thursday, 3/3/22. I contacted customer service the same day to report that I did not receive them. The representative assured me that the packages would be delivered by 6pm on Friday, 3/4/22, and promised to call me to confirm receipt. However, I did not receive the packages or a phone call. I am disappointed by this experience as a long-time loyal customer and hope for a resolution.

Today, I received a concerning text message regarding a charge for an order I didn't make on AMAZ0N. The message instructed me to call to cancel the charge. After contacting the number provided and explaining the situation, the individual on the phone abruptly hung up on me. This whole incident felt suspicious, especially with the call sounding like it originated from India. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter as it has left me feeling quite upset and worried. Thank you.

I recently noticed that Amazon is only blocking new Russian customers from their website. I believe during a global crisis like this, every American company should cease doing business with Russia and Belarus. Is Jeff Bezos prioritizing profits over his moral duty to do what's ethical? This situation seems to suggest so. While I would be reluctant to cease using Amazon's services, I am willing to do so if necessary for the greater good. I have consistently declined these purchases and informed the individuals making these claims that they are fraudulent. However, they continue to insist that I owe restitution to Amazon. I'm having trouble accessing my account because it got locked after someone in Georgia attempted to purchase a $[redacted] drone, which wasn't me since I reside in Alabama. I contacted a representative named Tom Wright who advised me to purchase a $[redacted] eBay card to resolve the issue and potentially get my money back. He provided me with his contact number, [redacted], to provide him with the card details. However, after providing him with this information, he mentioned he had another call to attend to and hasn't reached back to me, leaving me out of $[redacted] in total. I reached out through what I believed was Amazon's Google log to speak with a representative, hoping to solve this issue as soon as possible. I urgently need to retrieve my funds and reinstate my Amazon account to its usual state.

Hello, My name is Budai Samuel from Floresti, Romania. I placed an order for a deck of cards two days ago with Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. However, my Amazon account has been put on hold, and I'm unsure why. I was using my work account like usual and proceeded to checkout. Why does Amazon find this activity suspicious? As an Alexa skill developer preparing for a presentation on Alexa integration, this hold is causing significant disruption to my career. I've already submitted my billing statement twice, but it has not been accepted. My bank cannot provide any additional statements beyond what I've already submitted. I respectfully request for my account to be unlocked or for access to my Alexa skills source code. If providing the source code is easier, that would be acceptable. I recently sold my business, and I am currently locked out of my account because the email associated with it is inactive. My phone number is [redacted], which is still active. The old password I used was CABNBB'68. I have been trying to resolve these issues today without success. Here are the problems I am facing: 1) The old email [redacted] is no longer in service. I need to update it to [redacted] 2) The account is no longer a commercial one; previously, it belonged to Floorcraft Floor Covering. 3) The old credit card linked to the account is no longer active. 4) My cell phone number has changed and is now my personal number. 5) Unfortunately, my wife Nancy passed away in January [redacted]. Her old cell number was [redacted], which is now disconnected. Please cancel her account immediately. My packages have consistently not been delivered to my address at [redacted] Tributary Dr NE, Rockford, MI [redacted]. Despite the correct address on all orders, they have been mistakenly delivered to my neighbor at [redacted] Veld Creek, Rockford, MI [redacted]. This has been an ongoing issue, leading to me having to collect packages from my neighbor multiple times. I have reached out to customer service without any resolution and even spoken to the Amazon delivery person, who claims his GPS directs him to the wrong condo. I am requesting that my packages be correctly delivered to my address or I may need to consider cancelling my Prime membership, which I have held for several years.
