I am having trouble logging in and accessing IMDb TV through my Roku stick. The app cannot locate the movie I want to watch even though it is on my wish list. Additionally, the app keeps asking me for a code that I never received or had to input on my laptop, causing the devices to be out of sync. To resolve this, I attempted to log out and log back in, but now I am locked out due to perceived fraudulent activity, and the reset email was never sent as promised.

I received a call from someone in the Netherlands regarding suspicious activity on a supposed Amazon account, but I don't have one. They mentioned a $[redacted] phone being ordered for delivery to Orlando, which isn't where I live. Trying to reach a live person has been frustrating; the automated systems kept redirecting me to technicians asking for payment, which I can't provide without a credit card. I believe resolving this issue shouldn't involve joining a club or paying. It's essential to speak to a human representative. I can be reached at [redacted], and I expect a call today - otherwise, I'll involve my attorney due to what I consider harassment. Contact by phone is preferred as I don't have an email. Thank you.

I suspect that someone has accessed my Amazon account without my knowledge. I do not even have an Amazon account, therefore I am concerned about these unauthorized charges. It has been challenging to resolve this issue as I am repeatedly directed to automated systems and asked to pay for memberships I do not want. I believe there must be a way to speak to a real person at Amazon regarding this matter. I do not wish to join any club or provide my email address. Kindly contact me at [redacted] to address this situation promptly as I may involve legal action if necessary.

I have encountered significant challenges in changing my credit/debit card information on my online account. After numerous phone calls and hours of attempts, I face a major issue with receiving the OTP CODE for verification. Despite multiple "RESEND" requests, the code never arrives through text or email. Interestingly, I had no trouble receiving an EMAIL OTP from my Walmart account. This frustrating experience has led me to consider discontinuing my Amazon orders, despite my preference for doing business with your company. As a final attempt, I am reaching out via email for assistance in the straightforward task of updating my card number.

My package arrived severely damaged, with items missing. The box looked as if it had been dropped from a great height, with both ends open and one corner torn. Upon opening it, I discovered two items were open with parts loose in the package. One item remained intact, but two were missing: the Accmor Gun Cleaning Tools Kit and the Chapma MFG [redacted] Ultimate Gunsmith Screwdriver Set. I have documented the damage with photos and filed a claim with UPS. I have been attempting to reach Amazon since Friday evening to report this problem but encounter difficulties navigating the site – each attempt to connect with an agent leads me to a page featuring a dog photo and an error message. I had to search extensively online to find alternative ways to contact Amazon regarding this issue.

In November [redacted], I purchased Granny X storage baskets through Amazon. After a notification that the initial shipment wouldn't arrive, Amazon refunded my card. I reordered and received the baskets later. Recently, I got an email stating I needed to return the first set by 02-11 to avoid a charge. Amazon assured me it was resolved. However, I was just charged for the unreturned order. This issue must be fixed, and I need the second charge refunded. I seek guidance on resolving this matter.

I have noticed some unfamiliar charges on my credit card statement from a few months back. These charges do not seem to match any typical purchases I make. I have already looked through my Amazon order history and generated an order report, but there is no record of these charges. I suspect these transactions might be unauthorized. I have tried using Amazon's "Report unauthorized activity" tool, but I keep receiving a standard response stating that they found no issues in my account. How can I obtain specific details about these charges by providing my credit card information, the transaction dates, and amounts to Amazon for further investigation?

I attempted to purchase a book to send to my daughter in prison on 2/17/[redacted]. Instead of sending me a physical book, I mistakenly received an ebook and was charged on my credit card. Could you please arrange for the ebook to be returned and issue a refund to my credit card? I would like to receive a paperback book to send to the prison. If Amazon is able to facilitate shipping to the prison, please proceed with that option. If not, arrangements can be made to forward the book from the store. Kindly inform me of the procedure, and I will provide the address accordingly. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Alice D.

I recently visited Germany with my mother and we were looking to buy a gift for our nephew, but didn't end up making a purchase from your store. I signed up for Amazon Prime with the intention of staying in Germany for two years, but plans changed and I returned home. My mom is having trouble using Amazon and is being charged 9 euros daily along with a 30 euro annual fee. She has asked me to cancel Prime, but I forgot my account password. I am unable to reset it because my mom's phone was stolen. I can provide all my details, a list of purchases, previous delivery addresses, and any other information needed. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

Regarding Order # [redacted]-[redacted] and Tracking ID: TBC[redacted]09. I was disappointed as my item was not at my doorstep on [redacted]/02/17 as expected. Even though I checked just twenty minutes after the reported 15:37 delivery time, it was nowhere to be found. It's frustrating to think that despite the predicted bad weather and the close proximity of a mailbox attached to the house, the delivery person opted to leave the package on an exposed porch. They could have easily placed it inside the mailbox for safekeeping. I'm hopeful that Amazon can promptly send me a replacement at no extra charge. Time is of the essence, and I am eager to have the missing item as soon as possible. Amazon should remind their delivery contractors about the importance of using sound judgment and common sense when making deliveries.

I purchased four jars of Mr. Miller's black raspberry jam. The package arrived in its usual box but was placed inside a large plastic bag due to one broken jar causing leakage. I reached out to Amazon, who redirected me to the "seller," Global Operations and Solutions. Global apologized in an email but claimed Amazon fulfilled the order, so I contacted Amazon again. Using their auto chat, I was given the runaround and informed I couldn't return the item. Frustrated, I just wanted a replacement jar or refund, but it seems neither Amazon nor Global are willing to assist, leaving me disappointed with their customer service. My advice is to avoid doing business with Amazon as they appear indifferent to customer concerns.

I bought the CVNC 432HZ 6-12 Inch Set of 7 PCS Frosted Chakra Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls for Sound Healing along with a free 2 PCS Travel Carry Case Bag on February 14, [redacted], for a total of $[redacted].03. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. The item was listed as "Condition: Used - Acceptable" for $[redacted].98, but unfortunately, the bowls arrived with 4 of them shattered, despite no visible damage to the packaging. It seems like the previous purchaser returned them without proper inspection, leading to me receiving damaged goods. I would like the 4 shattered bowls to be replaced as the remaining ones are at risk of breaking during shipping. Thank you, Lynne.

I am facing an issue with my delivery instructions that I have modified twice. This is crucial due to past theft of two packages from our unsecure mailroom. Although one thief was caught, the apartment management has not enhanced package security. I previously informed Amazon Customer Service after the incident, relying on my building's secure entry. Despite changing my instructions a month ago to request leaving packages at the enclosed patio back door with a camera, my last five deliveries were still left in the risky mailroom. An Amazon driver mentioned being instructed by Amazon Denver, CO to leave packages in the mailroom, contrary to my defined instructions. I appreciate the driver who contacted me, but it seems someone at Amazon Denver, CO is neglecting my delivery preferences.

I arranged for UPS to pick up a Tubelox toy I purchased on Amazon. Unfortunately, I wasn't home for the pick-up and tried to cancel it. Upon returning, I found a label left at my door and used it to return the item at a nearby facility that accepts UPS, USPS, and FedEx packages on Feb. 17. After contacting Amazon, I was informed they received the return, but I haven't seen the credit on my account. Since I didn't start the return process online, I'm unsure how to obtain documentation of the return. The last 4 digits of the item are [redacted], and my name is Patricia T. I would appreciate your assistance in confirming the return and crediting my account. Thank you.

I sent back two sets of earbuds on February 1st, and UPS confirmed Amazon received them on February 2nd. Both sets were shipped in the same box as per the instructions. The shipping label for one set was used for shipping, and the paperwork for the second set was inside the box. I received a refund for the set with the paperwork, but the second set has not been acknowledged as received, and I have not received a refund for it. I have contacted customer service, but have not made any progress. Additionally, I would like to cancel my Prime membership. The missing set details are as follows: - Wireless Earbuds Active Noise Cancelling... - Order #: [redacted]-[redacted] - Sold by: EarFun Direct - Quantity: 1 - Item price: $59.99

I would appreciate your patience as I am not very tech-savvy due to my age. I have both yearly and monthly Prime subscriptions. I noticed charges on my card for Amazon Prime video rentals, ranging from $1.99 to $14.99, even though I do not watch movies. Is there a way to only stop the video part of my Prime services? I mainly use Prime for shipping benefits. I made a mistake setting a new password, and now I am locked out of my account. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you, and stay safe during these challenging times.

I am writing to address an issue regarding Enrique Garcia residing at [redacted] Fir Road, Apartment 22 in Forest Grove, Oregon. I have been living underneath him at the same address in Apartment 21 for 7 years. Over the past 10 months, I have experienced discrimination, abuse, and harassment from him. My wife and I are both handicapped veterans, with me being an amputee and my wife on dialysis. I am reaching out to report his unacceptable behavior and seek assistance for elderly, handicapped, and disabled veterans. You can contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] to discuss this matter further. I had a harassment charge filed against me on June 4th by Enrique Garcia, which was later dismissed due to lack of evidence. This false accusation has led to further harassment from him, resulting in additional legal actions. I urge you to investigate this issue promptly. I appreciate your attention to this serious matter. Sincerely, Leo Smith III.
