Bonjour, Je suis une cliente d'Amazon.fr. Aujourd'hui, quelqu'un en Allemagne a piraté mon compte en France et l'a utilisé pour effectuer un achat numérique sur Amazon.de en recréant une adresse en Allemagne, ce qui n'est pas moi. J'ai supprimé cet abonnement et tous mes moyens de paiement pour éviter les achats frauduleux. J'ai contacté Amazon.fr pour supprimer l'adresse de cette personne et j'ai dû leur envoyer une photo de ma carte d'identité pour confirmer mon identité. La personne qui a piraté mon compte a ajouté deux sécurités pour que je ne puisse pas effacer sa trace. Mon service client a reçu mes réclamations par mail, mais je cherche une adresse spécifique pour les mails frauduleux en Allemagne. Pourriez-vous me la transmettre? I am currently unable to access my account due to a temporary lock. Despite following the instructions sent via email, I have not received any further guidance on regaining access. When attempting to log in again, I received a message prompting me for additional information without the option to provide it. After contacting customer service for assistance, they supposedly forwarded updated details to the account review team. While I received an email from Amazon regarding my locked account the following day, it did not contain any new information or steps to proceed. I am still unable to log in or provide the required information, leaving me confused about the situation. I am hopeful that the issue is being addressed, but I am unsure of the next steps to take. Any assistance or redirection to the appropriate party would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, I want to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with the importer handling my recent order from Amazon.com to Tokyo. Despite ordering the same item numerous times over the past 18 months without any problems, this importer has now made it unnecessarily complicated. They are insisting that I, as the customer, need to contact the Japanese Customs bureau to approve a Customs procedure. This is perplexing as my previous orders did not require any such intervention, and prohibited items are typically flagged on Amazon before purchase. I received an email from the importer instructing me to communicate with the authorities within 7 days (excluding weekends and a holiday) to clarify the nature of the product, which is just temporary dental mortar. This is frustrating as they could easily check the product details on Amazon. The timing is inconvenient, considering my work schedule and the limited operating hours of the bureau. I initiated a return of goods with Amazon on September 8th and scheduled Hermes to pick up the items on the 9th. However, they failed to collect it twice. After complaining to Amazon on the 11th, they rescheduled the pick up for the 12th and then the 15th. Despite reassurances from Hermes Customer Services, the collection did not happen on the expected dates. I believe the issue stems from a previous incident where a Hermes driver left a parcel outside our door without notifying us, which led to a complaint. It seems the driver may be avoiding collections from our address. The parcel tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. This specific collection has now been missed four times by Hermes. I have an order number: [redacted]-[redacted] and a pickup tracking ID: [redacted]61, but I need to return the item without a box. I received the item in a polythene bag and haven't been provided a return box. I contacted Amazon customer support, and they rescheduled the pickup but no action has been taken. I just want the parcel picked up promptly.

Hello, I am Robert Natale, a long-time Amazon customer facing ongoing delivery challenges. Despite repeated attempts through customer service chat, my requests for deliveries to my front door in Westborough MA, as a handicapped senior citizen, have been disregarded. I have clearly communicated my delivery preferences to avoid any mix-ups that affect my Amazon experience. Drivers persist in leaving packages at my unmarked back door, contrary to my specific instructions. This has led to missed deliveries and unnecessary replacements. Even though I have raised these concerns with Amazon Chat, they are unable to address the issue directly with the drivers. Despite sending emails explaining it was a mistake and providing a solution to delete all current cards for reconfirmation, the issue remains unresolved. Furthermore, I need to return damaged products and have previously informed the necessary individuals without successful results. Regarding the refund process, I would like clarification on whether the funds for the returned products, along with the shipping costs, will be transferred to a new card or provided as a replacement. The previous card associated with these purchases has been updated. I am seeking a refund for the items that arrived in unacceptable condition, emphasizing that I had requested proper packaging to prevent damage during shipment.

I am a member of Amazon Prime and reside in Alaska. Lately, I have noticed that the items I add to my cart, sold by Amazon, are increasingly being marked as unable to ship to Alaska. Despite the reasons provided for this restriction on the shipping page, none of them are relevant to the product in question. I would like to receive the item in my cart, which is a particularly large faucet set, as Prime guarantees free shipping on eligible items. If there is no valid reason for the item not to be shipped to me, I believe I should be able to receive it as promised.

I am currently locked out of my Amazon account due to a fraudulent charge. Amazon requested the last two digits of another card for payment, but I refuted the charge as it was not mine. After contacting Amazon, a specialist informed me that the case was resolved in my favor with the card issuer, yet I still cannot access my account. I fell victim to a scam on Facebook. I was promised a grant by Dr. Cynthia Marshal in America for my work with children with disabilities during COVID-19. The scammers instructed me to purchase Amazon gift cards, photograph them, and send the pictures to America as payment for the grant. After following their instructions, I never received the grant and lost my money. I am currently on leave due to suffering from PTSD and working in Critical Care. I have depleted my savings, and now I am in financial distress due to this deception. I am hopeful that the authorities can track the gift cards with the numbers provided and recover my funds. I can provide images of the gift cards and receipts if needed. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

I have been using my Amazon account for years, but currently do not have a credit card. My power of attorney, Susan Keller, is listed on my joint account, and she can make purchases, but she also does not have a card. I have faced various issues this year with over shipments, returning items, and duplicate shipments, despite having return authorizations. If I could obtain a credit card, it would make both in-store and online purchases easier. I struggle with providing my card details online since I don't have a card number. I purchased boat airdopes recently, and they were delivered on the 6th of September. Unfortunately, after just a week, one of the airdopes started overheating and then turned off suddenly. When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was informed that my return window had closed. I am disappointed by this response as I trusted Amazon for this purchase, only to end up with a faulty product. I am not looking for a refund only, but I would appreciate a replacement. If that is not possible, then please refund my money. I have been a loyal Amazon customer, and this experience has left me feeling let down. After returning children's pajamas from a party with over 60 guests, I faced issues with the return process to Amazon. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter by following varying suggestions from different Amazon representatives, the problem persists. Frustrated with the lack of progress on this $40 matter, I have decided to no longer pursue it. My trust in Amazon has been shaken, leading me to discourage the use of their services for children's gifts and wish lists in the future. The overwhelming ads during the gift selection process and the resulting duplicate gifts added to the complexity. As a frequent Amazon shopper, I now plan to revert to using Walmart for my daily needs.

I'd like to start by mentioning that I am experiencing a recurring issue today that I have faced multiple times before. I have contacted Amazon customer service about this problem without finding a resolution. The packages often seem to go missing at the Nashville hub, and I am instructed to wait five days before requesting a refund if the package does not show up. It is frustrating that so many packages are lost at this hub, and as a Prime member, waiting for a refund feels unacceptable. Last night, when I tried to access my TV, clicking on my icon did not work. I then attempted to use my husband's icon with no success. The screen prompted me to sign in, and I followed the steps, entering the code on my phone as directed. Subsequently, a message instructed me to call a specific number for TV connection assistance. After calling, I was advised to upgrade my membership due to device limitations, with a one-time fee of $99 for lifetime access on multiple devices. Upon facing payment issues with two credit cards, allegedly for security reasons, I was instructed to purchase a $99 gift card on Amazon and provide it for payment. Despite questioning the payment method, I decided to discontinue the interaction. I couldn't verify the upgrade on Amazon and faced difficulty using my TV or Firestick due to repeated redirections to the phone number. The given contact number, 1-[redacted], proved to be inactive. I placed an order for a Redmi 9 on September 11th, and it was delivered to me on September 16th, but it was a completely different phone with a different keypad. When I contacted customer care, they said I would receive a solution in 2-3 days and would get a call, but even after 6 days, no one called. I also requested a return or cancellation through the app, but it showed a date of September 22nd, which is today. But so far, no one from customer service or the delivery team has come for the replacement, and I haven't received any messages from Amazon. When I called, they asked me to call back tomorrow as it takes 5 days to resolve the issue. I called customer service three times, and each time I got a different answer. If my contact number was missing at the time of placing the order, why didn't they cancel it then? It should have been canceled immediately if the information was not correct. Why did they proceed with the shipment without proper details? It's frustrating as a customer to not get a resolution but only more dates. This was a bad experience, especially for my first order. I have a large order of multiple items that I need to return, but Amazon is unable to provide me with the necessary return label after two weeks of calling them. Package Delivered on Tuesday I received the delivery notification stating that my package was successfully delivered and handed to a resident. The item I received was the VIVOSUN 0.2-Gallon Handheld Garden Sprayer Pump. However, the package was supposed to include the VIVOSUN Hand Sprayer for Lawn and Garden as well, but that item was missing. I kindly request for the missing item, the LiquiDirt Nano Powder All-Purpose Organic Complete Plant Food, to be delivered promptly. Thank you.
