We have an Amazon Prime movie subscription. Last night, we wanted to watch a series called "Below Deck". When we searched for it on Amazon Prime, we found references stating it was free, but it turned out we needed to subscribe to another provider to access it. Feeling misled, we reluctantly signed up with the other service, only to discover they only had seasons 4 to 6 available. To make matters worse, when we tried to watch season 4, it wasn't available in our area. We settled for the last season but could only watch two episodes as the rest were also unavailable in our area. We are extremely frustrated and feel like we've been scammed. We wanted to reach out before canceling all our subscriptions with your company. We have heard similar issues about Prime, and unfortunately, our experience seems to confirm it. I did not receive my order # [redacted]-[redacted] due to USPS issues. My delivery address is [redacted] Baywood Drive, Lake Charles, LA [redacted]. The package is currently at the local post office, but I am unable to pick it up. This is the second time in two months this has happened. As an 84-year-old, I expect deliveries to arrive as scheduled. If Amazon cannot ensure this, I will explore other options for my purchases. I request a refund and that Amazon retrieves the package from USPS. Should home delivery no longer be an option, please inform me so I can make alternative arrangements for future orders.

I recently received an email stating that I failed to return the Stud Finder Sensor Wall Scanner. I assure you that I shipped back this item along with a TV mount together. The return was done for both items at once, and the UPS store scanned one code for both. My invoice clearly shows the details of the items shipped. The TV mount and the stud finder were sent in the same package. Please verify your records as the stud finder was definitely returned. The tracking number for the return is: 1ZW97V[redacted]15. I recently received a replacement Kindle Paperwhite from Amazon for my husband under warranty. Amazon requested I buy a new one and assured me it didn't matter which account I used. I purchased it on my Prime account. Despite receiving the new Kindle, I realize my husband may not be able to transfer his books because the old one is in his name and the new one is listed as my 3rd Kindle. Is there a way to resolve this issue and transfer the device to his account?

As a former intelligence officer, I have reason to believe that my authorship name, Lucia Mann, is being fraudulently misused. I have authored eight books, but two under the name Lucia Mann, specifically "My Prayer Journal - 90 Days Guide to Prayer and Praise for Teen Girls" and another Prayer Journal released on Amazon in [redacted], were not written by me. Despite conducting thorough research, I could not find any legitimate profile of this other Lucia Mann, which leads me to suspect that my author name is being exploited for book sales. I kindly request an investigation into this matter.

I recently purchased a rock saw but received it damaged and with missing parts. I returned it promptly, hoping for a replacement. Given the inconvenience and loss of income due to delayed orders, upgrading to a better model would be greatly appreciated. Despite my initial payment being declined, I reordered the items on 4 July using my ICICI card with Order ID - [redacted]-[redacted], only to receive a partial shipment of the original order. Recently, my computer was hacked multiple times in the past two months, resulting in my accounts being compromised. After dealing with this, I had to close and reopen my Amazon account a couple of times, causing me to lose valuable purchases like books. During the last incident, I contacted Amazon and a representative helped me with reopening a new account using my phone number instead of email for access. Everything seemed fine, and I even placed an order successfully. However, when I attempted to log in again, my phone number was not recognized, and Google placed a hold on my account due to verification issues. They advised me to wait for the matter to be resolved. In the meantime, I tried to set up a Yahoo account for a fresh start, but I encountered difficulties accessing it.
