I booked tickets using the Allegiant Air website for a trip with my friend. However, I received two tickets with my name on both. The first ticket reflects my current name, Courtney Saint Denis, while the second one shows my old married name, Courtney Sartain. I distinctly remember entering my friend's name, Seebe Ray Carver, for the second ticket, but his name does not appear on the email or the app. I have called customer service, but the person I spoke with accused me of trying to cheat the system and wanted to charge me $[redacted] for a correction. This is a genuine mistake, and I cannot afford the additional charge. I have never flown before and rarely spend this much money. I was careful when making the reservation, but something went wrong. I flew from Des Moines, Iowa to Sarasota on June 15th. Upon landing at 3pm, I realized my Bluetooth headband was missing from my purse under seat 16F of flight [redacted] (confirmation BWTXH2). It's a brown headband with hidden speakers, featuring different color floral patterns and a black square with playback and volume buttons. I'm certain I used it during the flight. Allegiant provided a $[redacted] voucher due to the last-minute flight cancellation. After crew work hour constraints allegedly caused the delay, I selected a "virtual card" as my preferred reimbursement method via a link from Allegiant's email. Despite this, the Paynuver account did not reflect the funds. I have contacted customer service to address the issue and am presently awaiting confirmation of the $[redacted] reimbursement.

On 6-13-22, our flight, 1019GRR, was diverted from GRR to South Bend. We were informed that compensation would be provided for the inconvenience, but upon landing after midnight, there was no assistance for lodging or transportation to Grand Rapids available. With no taxis or Uber, we walked over half a mile with our luggage to find accommodation. The next morning, we arranged transportation to Grand Rapids for work. Other airlines in similar situations offered more options, and we were disappointed. Our Confirmation BTGPVL for flight 1019GRR from LAX to GRR is relevant. Prior to this incident, we were pleased with Allegiant's service and intended to fly with you again. We hope to resolve this issue. I contacted the airline a week before our round trip to Florida from Bentonville to confirm if we needed to buy a seat for our 2-year-old Son, Azriel N., whose birthday is 08/27/[redacted]. I wanted to ensure that we had no issues for the trip. The customer service representative assured me that our 2-year-old was considered a lap child and did not need his own seat. We flew out from XNA airport in Bentonville, spent 5 days in Florida, and when it was time to return, we were told at the check-in counter that he could not fly back as a lap child due to being over 2 years old. We were left in a predicament, stranded in Florida without anyone to help with our child. Despite our effort to resolve the issue, we were only able to reschedule the flight three days later, causing unexpected expenses for hotel, food, and transportation. The lack of sympathy and understanding from some employees added to our frustration. This situation could have been avoided if the correct information was given during the initial call to customer service. We are facing financial difficulties and missing work due to this mishap.

I am seeking assistance regarding a potential refund or rebooking for my original flight. I needed to adjust my travel plans due to a Covid exposure at the hospital where I work as a healthcare worker. Instead of canceling, I decided to change my departure date and destination airport by booking a new flight with Allegiant. I expected the $[redacted] from my initial flight to be applied to the new booking, as indicated on the website, but I am now facing the need to pay for both flights separately. I mistakenly entered Todd's last name as Stevems instead of STEVENS. I have a confirmation for the correction made on 4/5/22 with a $25 agency fee. However, when I try to access "manage travel," the ticket is still under the incorrect name. How can I update it to reflect the correct spelling of Stevens? The booking is under my credit card. My name is Krista L. My itinerary #BXCYQY involved Flight #[redacted] from Fort Lauderdale to Allentown, PA. During the flight, a flight attendant took my laptop and photography equipment out of the overhead bin and stowed it under the plane without my consent. I was forced to gate-check my hardcover suitcase due to travel restrictions with my pet, leaving my electronics in my backpack. After landing, I realized my backpack was missing. A flight attendant named Kevin admitted to moving it without my approval as it wouldn't fit in the overhead bin. I was left waiting outside the plane without assistance until I found my bag at baggage claim, damaged with a broken laptop, cracked iPad, and malfunctioning camera. As a professional photographer, this negligence by Allegiant Airlines has caused significant financial losses. I have been trying to contact Allegiant Airlines at [redacted] for a resolution with no response. I urgently need reimbursement for the damaged items to mitigate the impact on my business. I experienced a flight delay (flight #[redacted]) and expected to receive a credit. Unfortunately, the online credit I received was not functional. Due to the delay, I ended up staying in a hotel for 6 hours at a cost of $[redacted] and had to pay for additional parking. My trip was to ensure my mom's safety in TN and return immediately. I had minimal belongings as I left straight from work. The airport experienced a power outage, preventing me from assisting my mom to the boarding area. Your staff kindly helped her, ensuring she connected with our family. My return flight was canceled, leaving me stranded without provisions. The compassion shown by your staff and the people in TN was admirable. Although I had challenges receiving flight updates and had to call for information, your phone support team was friendly and helpful. I faced some unhelpful airport personnel upon my return to Florida, but I appreciate the clarification that they were not associated with your company. I am still seeking assistance for my situation.

I have been struggling to reach anyone for the past two days. A couple of days ago, an agent promised to have someone from the office call me back within 16 hours, but I never received that call. Now, as I try to contact the customer service team again, I am met with constant busy signals on all the published phone numbers. This experience has left me feeling quite frustrated, especially since I have always spoken highly of the airline's customer service in the past. My booking reference number is BYB9SR, and I had tickets booked for a trip to NY in October for a wedding that has since been canceled. I am requesting a refund for the tickets to be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase. I had purchased the Allegiant Total Bundle for both tickets and prefer a refund instead of a future travel voucher. I had a flight booked for May **th from Las Vegas to Fresno. Unfortunately, I missed this flight due to delays on my previous flight from Edmonton. In order to reach Fresno, I had to book a new flight at the airport at *pm since the Allegiant counter was closed. I am seeking compensation for the missed Allegiant flight as the circumstances were beyond my control, resulting in additional expenses to reach my final destination.

I traveled on Allegiant Airlines flight #[redacted] on June 9, [redacted], from PIE to MCI. Unfortunately, my gate-checked wheelchair sustained damages during the flight, with a bent frame, torn upholstery, and damaged armrest, making it unsafe for use. Despite multiple attempts to contact Allegiant's baggage department and submitting a written claim as instructed, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have reached out via phone, email, and social media, but have had no success in getting a timely reply or assistance. I have also tried to request reimbursement for the fees I paid for priority boarding, checked bag, and carry-on, as per Allegiant's policies. I have all relevant documentation, including photos of the damages, boarding pass, flight receipt, and copies of my communication attempts. Hello, Yesterday, my husband, our infant son, and I purchased tickets for flight #97 from LAS to MEM departing at 6:15 a.m. We arrived more than 2 hours early and checked in, paying for boarding passes and luggage checking. Unfortunately, our gate was changed from B25 to B2 without us being informed, causing us to miss our flight. We are now trying to locate our luggage, which includes 2 large suitcases, a playpen, and a baby car seat base. I left a detailed voicemail on 7/15/22 at 9:16 a.m. with customer support but have not received a response. I am concerned about my infant's safety without the car seat base. My departing flight was canceled twice in a row, preventing me from reaching my destination. The website and airport staff assured me that my return flight would also be canceled, and I would receive a refund within 72 hours. However, I have not seen any progress on this refund. When attempting to request a refund and cancel my return flight online, the website and app indicate that I must contact customer service. Regrettably, my calls to customer service have gone unanswered. I urgently need a full refund for both my departing and return flights as I did not reach my destination due to Allegiant canceling my flight twice. The inability to contact customer service has left me worried about the status of my return flight, and I fear that I may miss the opportunity for a refund if the system shows me as missing my flight, even though it was canceled by the airline.

I was a passenger on flight #[redacted] from PIE to BNA on July 21, [redacted]. The flight departed at 11:15pm instead of 10:00pm due to a delay. After pulling out of the gate, the plane stopped on the initial runway for 10-15 minutes. Eventually, we were informed that the flight would be rescheduled for 11:30am on July 22, [redacted]. Each passenger was promised a $[redacted] voucher/ticket and $[redacted] credit toward a future Allegiant flight. Despite receiving the text and email for the voucher, the link provided was not functional. I attempted to contact customer service but the line was busy. Dear Allegiant, I am writing regarding flight number [redacted] on July 14th, [redacted]. My concerns arose after the flight being canceled following over 4 hours of waiting on the airplane. Unfortunately, we did not receive any assistance for accommodation, transportation, or meals, as the airport was closing. Subsequently, we faced a chaotic situation waiting for our luggage for over 2 hours, moving between carousels for no apparent reason. An Allegiant representative instructed us to return to the airport the next day at the same time. Despite checking my Allegiant app and attempting various phone numbers, I could not find any assistance for our flight. The following day, when we tried to contact the airline, we discovered that flights were fully booked for the next 2 days. Despite efforts to secure a rental car for a journey from Savannah to near Cleveland, we were unsuccessful initially. Eventually, after numerous calls and concerns, we procured a rental car, extending our travel time, causing additional expenses, and requiring arrangements for our dog. While Allegiant provided us with $[redacted] each, the reimbursement falls significantly short of our incurred costs exceeding $[redacted]. I kindly request appropriate compensation considering the time, inconvenience, and expenses endured during this trip. I am willing to provide copies of receipts for verification if needed. My flight, number [redacted], from Myrtle Beach to Cincinnati experienced multiple delays. Originally scheduled to depart at 12:37, the departure time was continuously pushed back. After several delays, an announcement informed us that the flight had landed and boarding would begin shortly. I finally boarded around 5 PM, only to be instructed to exit the plane due to flight time limitations to Cincinnati. While I understand that delays can occur, my flight was postponed a total of 5 times, resulting in over a 4-hour delay. What frustrated me the most was not being able to pursue alternative flights while we were kept at the airport, only to have our flight canceled until the following day, leaving me stranded for an additional 16 hours and costing me significantly more money. After moving from Florida to South Carolina, I contacted the airline to cancel a ticket and received a quick refund of over $[redacted]. However, when trying to book a flight from Myrtle Beach, I discovered there were no available flights in October for our usual trip back to New York. Our $[redacted] voucher is set to expire in November of [redacted], and we are requesting an extension due to unforeseen circumstances. We are hoping to have the expiration date changed to November [redacted] to utilize it for our trip to New York in June [redacted]. We relocated from Florida to South Carolina in February of [redacted]. When I contacted to cancel flights booked in November [redacted], over $[redacted] was immediately deducted from our account. We were issued Voucher #CRB43C-88F7-3[redacted] for $[redacted].5 USD to be used with Allegiant for our travel between our summer and winter homes. Unfortunately, there are no flights available from Myrtle Beach in October, so we kindly request an extension of the expiration date to November [redacted]. My wife, Peggy, and I are still missing our luggage from our flight [redacted] on 23 July [redacted] at 04:12:23. Our reservation code is BY4BJC. We were seated in 4A & 4B. During boarding, a metal water bottle fell from the overhead bin onto my head, causing a concussion. The crew was apologetic and had me checked at MercyOne Hospital in Des Moines.
