Hello, I made a purchase on aliexpress.com using iDeal as my payment method. I received order number [redacted][redacted], the payment was deducted from my bank account, but I haven't received a confirmation email, and the order is not showing up in my AliExpress account. I contacted their customer service via chat, and I can see that they have read my message, but I haven't received a response. I'm having trouble locating the order and I'm not sure what steps to take next.

Order ID [redacted]: On November 13, [redacted], an amount was deducted for my order, which was cancelled by the system. I am still awaiting a refund of US$41.75 more than a month and a half later. I am puzzled as to why the amount was deducted if the order couldn't be completed. The supplier mentioned a refund, but I haven't received it yet. Despite my numerous emails to [redacted], the refund process has not even begun, and the mailbox appears to be full.

I made a purchase on 11/11/[redacted] and unfortunately received a faulty item along with several others. I initiated a return using the free return policy on AliExpress by opening a dispute. AliExpress provided a tracking number for the return shipment, which was supposedly handled by "NAQEL." Per AliExpress's policy, they were supposed to collect the item from my doorstep within 15 days of the tracking number being uploaded. However, despite contacting NAQEL, they claimed they had no information on the tracking number. After reaching out to AliExpress, I was advised to wait patiently as I still had time before the deadline. As the days passed without any contact for the return, my concern grew. Despite escalating the issue and being assured of a fair resolution, I was surprised when AliExpress asked for evidence of the return on the 15th day, despite no one collecting the item. I purchased a six-month package from the vendor, Ozo Business Store, but after just one month, the service was deactivated, and the vendor vanished. Several other customers have reported similar experiences with the vendor selling fraudulent NETFLIX subscriptions on AliExpress. It is crucial that the platform takes action against this scammer to prevent further harm to customers and to uphold its reputation. Order # [redacted][redacted] I made a purchase, and the seller quickly marked it as shipped. However, they later informed me that the item was out of stock and sent a different one instead. When I requested a refund and to cancel the order, they declined, stating the new item was already shipped. Unfortunately, the dispute system is ineffective in handling this issue, preventing me from disputing the transaction. I am left with no option but to wait for up to two months before being able to address this matter with the seller who is engaging in deceptive practices.

I have not received my order. I initiated a dispute, but AliExpress deemed it invalid. The main issue is that when I try to track my order, it shows as delivered. Upon investigation, I noticed a discrepancy. The tracking number does not match, leading me to suspect a potential error or deception. I ordered the package to be delivered to Landshut, Germany from the UK, but it was received in Nauen from Rüdersdorf. This situation is concerning because the tracking information shows delivery, but the locations are incorrect, and I have not received the package. I am worried about losing my money and seek assistance in resolving this matter.

I purchased an item with Italian shipping and paid extra for it to arrive in my country. However, the seller misled me about the package's origin the entire time. After 28 days, the package finally arrived, but the box was damaged and it had a strong cannabis smell. I cannot test the product until April. I requested a refund for the price difference between what I paid for Italian shipping (12.37 euro) and the cheaper Chinese shipping it arrived with (4.37 euro), which amounts to 8 euro. The seller deceived me and is now avoiding my messages. I am seeking to report this issue and receive a partial refund.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on AliExpress. Product Number: [redacted][redacted] I paid $81.93 but only received a refund of $24 even though I never received the product. The item was never shipped as there was no tracking number. I mistakenly confused it with a package from a different seller on wish.com and mistakenly confirmed the delivery. Unfortunately, nobody was able to assist me in resolving this dispute. The seller seems to be engaged in fraudulent activities. My interactions were only with automated responses, which was extremely frustrating. This has been a very negative experience, and I will not be using AliExpress again.

I ordered shoes expecting a January delivery but received conflicting information from the seller on AliExpress. Despite their message about shipping, they now claim the product won't arrive until February 4 to 25. Waiting nearly three months is unacceptable. The seller won't allow me to cancel the order or open a dispute for 10 days. The store in question is Shop[redacted]70, a new one with very few followers and no sales. I suspect I was their first customer and I deeply regret it due to their deceptive practices. The original delivery window was January 14 to 19, now shifted to February. I did not receive my order, and the tracking information shows that it was returned to the seller. Even though the order status indicates it has been delivered, it has not been received. I am concerned about the tracking not updating if the seller reships the item, and I want to ensure I receive it safely. The seller requested me to change the reason for my dispute to receive a refund. Initially, I cancelled the dispute but reopened it immediately as I suspected a potential scam since they wanted me to falsely confirm receipt of the item. I simply wish to obtain a refund. I informed the seller that I would consider repurchasing the item as I do not blame them for this situation.

Contacting Aliexpress through their app is no longer an option, including the live chat feature. Many customers, as seen in the charger reviews, face similar issues with this seller. I find Aliexpress's decision unfair, biased, and quite frankly, hard to comprehend. I have been sent an incorrect and low-quality product which I did not order nor require. The seller's responses are generic and unhelpful. Now, Aliexpress expects me to pay €20 for return shipping to receive a €10 refund for the item sent incorrectly! This seems unreasonable. Direct communication with Aliexpress regarding this dispute is not possible. Aliexpress appears to prioritize the seller over the buyer. Neither the platform nor the seller are willing to cooperate. Despite being blameless, I am left to cover the full cost of this mistake. Given these circumstances, I strongly discourage others from ordering from Aliexpress. I had a bad experience with Ali Express; I won't be using it again. Product Number: [redacted][redacted] I paid $81.93 and only received a $24 refund even though I never received the product. I have a problem with my recent order, ID [redacted][redacted], involving a tree costing [redacted]€ plus 32€ in taxes. Unfortunately, the tree was of poor quality and completely moldy. Aliexpress only refunded me 45€, which I find incredibly unfair given the circumstances. This falls short of the high level of customer service I expected from Aliexpress.
