I mistakenly booked the wrong dates for Jasni Rijan Resort using my phone for Nov 23-24 instead of 24-25. When I checked in on Nov 24, the receptionist notified me that my booking was for the previous day and marked as a "No Show." I made a new reservation on the spot with booking #[redacted]13. The receptionist advised me to contact Agoda for a refund for the initial booking #[redacted]13. I tried to reach Agoda via phone but was unsuccessful. Therefore, I am reaching out here to request a refund for the "No Show" booking. I appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing to request a cancellation for my booking at Maagiri Hotel in the Maldives from December 20th to December 21st. I mistakenly booked these dates instead of intending to book for November 26th to November 27th. I kindly ask for the booking to be canceled and for a refund if possible. I understand there is a no refund policy, but I made the error due to a rush at the airport while booking the hotel. I urgently needed to show proof of alternate plans due to a rule change in the Maldives, which caused me to quickly book a room to make my flights. I was advised by airport officials to change the dates or make a new booking, but I was unable to modify the dates on the Agoda site, leading to the second booking. I made an online reservation at Chantella Suites for 30/11/[redacted], with a check-in time at 20:00. My confirmed Booking ID is: [redacted]75. Upon arriving at the hotel, despite the receptionist acknowledging my reservation, there was no accommodation held for me. The receptionist's rude response and lack of assistance from the manager led to me being offered a higher-priced room without any discount. This experience was disappointing and reflects poorly on your organization's reputation as an online hotel service provider. I am submitting this complaint in the hopes of receiving restitution for this matter.

It left us stranded in a rough neighborhood late at night, forcing us to book a last-minute, costly room at a nearby hotel. Booking number: [redacted]70 Dear Sir or Madam, I made a reservation for the Sheraton Hotel Düsseldorf Airport under this booking number for the price of €[redacted].00 including breakfast. This was a key factor for me when booking. However, upon speaking with the hotel over the phone, I was informed that the booking does not include breakfast. We had a reservation at Sinsuvarn Airport Suite Hotel in Bangkok for January 19, [redacted], booked through Agoda.com. Due to COVID-19 protocols in Thailand, initially we were required to undergo a PCR test and one night of quarantine. However, the recent update (effective December 16, [redacted]) changed the requirement to an antigen test at the airport upon arrival, excluding the need for PCR testing and quarantine. We have been trying to reach out to the hotel directly multiple times regarding these changes but have not received any response. Contacting Agoda.com proved challenging as they only offer assistance through a chatbot, which has not been helpful. We wish to cancel our booking due to the altered COVID-19 requirements and request a refund for the PCR testing as it is no longer necessary. We are willing to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as we navigate this challenging situation. I need assistance regarding my recent booking with Agoda. I was charged $1,[redacted].53 on my card, but the hotel only charged $[redacted].20. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].33. There was an issue with my hotel departure date, changing from November 1 to October 31. When I contacted Agoda to make the change, there was a bad phone connection, making it difficult to communicate. I believe they were trying to reach out to the hotel, but I couldn't understand clearly due to the poor connection. I declined to hold the line as I was concerned the reservation would be canceled instead of changed. This was a critical situation as my sister was in a delicate state.

I booked a hotel through Agoda and paid for it online. The hotel was confirmed and I received confirmation number 89273ED058257 and booking number [redacted]46. When we arrived at the hotel for check-in, we were informed that there was an additional $[redacted] deposit required beyond the credit card charge. We did not have the cash deposit and were unable to check-in. The hotel refunded the amount, but I am struggling to contact Agoda to ensure the refund is processed. I urgently need the refund as we had to sleep in the car with our children due to not being able to access the hotel room.

Hello, A couple of days ago, I made a booking at an Miami hostel for my 8-night trip. I selected Bikini Hostel and Beer (reservation [redacted]58). Unfortunately, there are significant issues with this hostel, and I refuse to make payment. I demand a refund as the hostel does not meet its stated amenities – no towels, blankets, usable swimming pool, bar, or cleaning service. My experience waiting at reception for approximately 10 minutes with no staff present allowed me to see the truth and flee. Luckily, I did not pay the resort and destination fees. I understand the cancellation policy mentioned in the confirmation email, but the misleading descriptions and photos on the website constitute false advertising. Customers should not be penalized for such misrepresentation. Please reimburse me promptly to avoid escalation. Thank you. PS: I am French, so if possible, a response in French would be perfect.

Yesterday, I was reviewing my credit card statement and noticed that I had booked a room through Agoda on Nov 6th at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Waterloo St. Jacobs. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that they had mistakenly sold the room and had not updated their availability. They contacted your team, and we discussed the situation upon my arrival. An agreement was made to refund my money due to this disappointing occurrence. However, the refund has not been processed, and I have yet to receive any apologies for the inconvenience. This left me searching for alternate accommodation around 10 pm on Nov 6th. Due to unexpected construction, our hotel reservation at Coral Tree Inn in Pretoria was canceled. We managed to secure another hotel. Our Booking ID was #[redacted]63. The cancellation message from the owner, Günther Praeg, cited urgent plumbing maintenance as the reason for the cancellation. Agoda processed the charge for the reservation despite the cancellation notice coming through them. It was disappointing, but we hope for better luck next time.

During our three-night stay at Giglio Dell'Opera Roma hotel, we faced water supply issues on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Despite assurances from the receptionists that the problem would be fixed in 15/20 minutes, it persisted, leaving us unable to tend to basic needs like using the bathroom, brushing our teeth, or showering. I am disappointed with this experience and request a full refund as we did not receive the amenities we paid for. It was unacceptable to have no water available during our stay at the hotel. I am seeking a total refund for this inconvenience.

I made a booking on Agoda without signing in because I didn't have an account then. Despite providing my payment information, I did not receive a booking confirmation. During our recent car rental with FOX in Bakersfield, CA on 11/30/[redacted], the catalytic converter was stolen. FOX sent a tow truck with a replacement car and retrieved our original rental; however, the tow truck did not arrive until 2:00 A.M. on 12/01/[redacted]. Consequently, we were delayed and could not reach the Wyndham Wingate hotel (reservation #[redacted]22) at LAX until 4:45 A.M. Despite being initially marked as no-shows, the kind lady at the hotel canceled our reservation. We then proceeded to the airport for our early morning flight. The reservation office provided a cancellation number: [redacted]3 and advised me to contact the booking company. I have been attempting to reach a live agent from Agoda, but this has proven to be difficult. How should I proceed from here? Thank you.

Good evening, I would like to address the issues we encountered during our stay at Hotel Marco Polo Dubai. Upon arrival, we were surprised by the loud music at reception due to the numerous clubs on-site. The first room we were shown on the top floor had several women inside, giving off an uncomfortable impression. We eventually settled for another room on the second floor that reeked of cigarettes despite efforts to freshen it up. The hotel fell short of a 2-star standard. We booked for 5 nights but regretted our decision. Regarding payment, we were under the impression that we would pay upon arrival, but the amount was charged to our credit card immediately after booking, which we found misleading. This experience has been the worst in my hotel history. I urge others to avoid this establishment and caution European tourists about its conditions. Lastly, I am disappointed by the lack of direct communication options with Agoda for such complaints.

I made a room reservation but received an email from Agoda about its cancellation (Booking ID: [redacted]89). After canceling, I noticed a deduction from my bank account for the room booking. Subsequently, I booked another room (Booking ID: [redacted]85) at a different hotel with the same owner, only to receive another cancellation email and a second deduction. I hope you can address this issue regarding the payment deductions and provide information on when the refunds will be processed back to my account. This situation has made it difficult for me to book another hotel due to the double deductions, affecting my ability to make new payments.
