I need help from the community. I have been playing this game diligently since Season 1, and recently, while grinding Ranked to unlock the Locus sniper rifle, I encountered an issue. After switching from my broken iPhone X to playing on my PC using Gameloop, I successfully unlocked the Locus, a goal I had set for myself since it first came out. However, when I logged in the next day, I was shocked to discover that my account had been banned for 10 years without any explanation. Despite reaching out to Activision for support, my ban remains in place, leaving me puzzled and frustrated. It seems unfair to be penalized when I have invested significant time and money into this account without ever cheating. I urge others to share my experience and help shed light on this issue. I purchased Modern Warfare for my PlayStation 4 from the PlayStation Store. I was playing it without any issues until I tried to download the add-on. Now, when I try to access the game, it gets stuck at the add-on download screen showing 3 seconds. I even tried it with new games and on a different PlayStation console, but the problem persists. I contacted PlayStation support, and they mentioned they are aware of this issue. I hope this problem will be resolved soon.

My son received Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Battle Pass Edition for Xbox One as a Christmas gift. Despite this, he hasn't received the promised in-game items like the custom tactical knife, Operator packs, XRK Weapons Pack, and 3,[redacted] Call of Duty Points. We've also registered the game on the COD website but have yet to get the additional content listed like the 'Ashen Silver' Tactical Knife, 'Sergeant' Weapon Charm, 'Skyline' Calling Card, and 'Corporal Punishment' Sticker. We are seeking either the missing content or a full refund of $99.99. Thank you.

I recently purchased Modern Warfare on PC after enjoying it on Xbox One for a while. However, I am facing an issue when trying to log into my Activision account on PC. An error message pops up stating, “Account could not be linked because that Activision account is already linked to a different account of the same type.” I believe the problem might be related to the Blizzard account that I linked previously. I think I need to have the Blizzard account unlinked from my Activision account. I simply want to play cross-platform with the same profile that I use on Xbox and wish to use on PC.

I am experiencing an issue with my PlayStation account, as my Modern Warfare game is continuously updating with a large 72GB patch. Hello, I have a Facebook account under the name MlazM. Yesterday, when I logged into a game, it prompted me to log in to Facebook. After logging in, I received a message saying I cannot use Facebook at the moment. Despite my attempts to resolve it and contacting Facebook without receiving a helpful response and facing hostile treatment, I'm reaching out to you. I recently received the game Modern Warfare as a Christmas gift. After owning it for just over a month, I've noticed scratches on the disc. I wonder if the warranty covers this issue. Initially, I thought it was normal wear and tear, but with less than 5 hours of gameplay, I am concerned. My game currently fails to "copy add-on." I recently acquired a new PS4 and am perplexed about how this happened as I've handled the disc carefully, always storing it in its original case. I am unsure if the warranty applies to this situation.

I've tried downloading update 1.13 four times, waiting 6 hours each time. After it downloads, it says it will take 99+ hours to install but never completes. This is wasting my time and electricity due to Activision's issue. I invest money into playing the game, expecting better service. Customer support has been unhelpful, with no solutions provided. If this continues, I may stop playing the game altogether.

Yesterday, while playing Search and Destroy on Call of Duty: Mobile with friends, I encountered internet issues. Despite living in Venezuela with unreliable ISP services, I attempted to switch between mobile data and wifi to alleviate the lag. Unfortunately, I experienced frequent disconnections from the game, even when maintaining one internet connection. Both my mobile data and wifi are from the same provider, Movistar, which might have contributed to the problem. After the final match, upon returning to the lobby with friends, I received a message stating a 10-year ban had been imposed, preventing me from logging back in. Research suggests the ban may be related to suspected lag switching by Activision. However, I was solely attempting to stabilize my connection due to lag issues arising from my location in Venezuela. Surprisingly, there was no temporary ban given, just an immediate 10-year ban, leaving uncertainty about the cause.

I play on my iPhone 6s and have been playing since the first season without using a VPN, joystick, or a computer. Yesterday, after winning a Battle Royal game in squad mode, I received a 10-year ban ([redacted]), which is the first ban I have ever had. I am having issues with Advanced Warfare as it keeps kicking me out, stating that the service is unavailable. After multiple attempts, I am able to log back in, but I am concerned that I might have been hacked. Even though I am not a modded or hacker, I have noticed strange things appearing on my screen during matches before being kicked out. I have attempted various solutions such as resetting my network and rebuilding files, but I have not yet tried resetting my system. I am using a PS3 and would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this problem. I reached out to PlayStation, but they mentioned they no longer support the PS3.

I am perplexed as to why I received a 10-year ban on February 9, [redacted]. Upon reviewing the common reasons for bans, I am certain I have not violated any rules. I have proof of purchasing all COD points legally with receipts and do not use a VPN. I used the Tencent emulator just once in season 2, and have not used an emulator since then. This season, I started playing on my iPad, bought from a friend (completely reset and updated), for gameplay while using my Android for in-game purchases. I refrain from buying CP on my iPad due to concerns about its outdated security measures. If using COD on two devices is the issue, I am unaware it goes against the policy. I have heard changing networks might trigger a ban, which can happen when my WiFi fails, shifting me to mobile data or using my college WiFi for CP crates. I do not engage in trash-talking, use in-game mic, or search for hacks. I seek assistance, understanding the demands on your time, but as a devoted player investing time and money, I value your help. I play the global version from India; my Codm Username is minipug.

I recently powered up my long-unused iPhone 6 and decided to download the new Call of Duty: Mobile game. The download only took two minutes thanks to my solid Internet connection. I attempted to log in through Facebook to join my friends but was shocked to see a ban notification stating it would last until [redacted]-12-24 09:06:32, even though I hadn't played the game. I suspect my Facebook account may have been compromised. After reaching out to customer support, I was advised to contact them via Twitter or Messenger but received no reply through either platform. Despite this issue, I appreciate the company and the game itself, and now I need to reach out directly to the developer to resolve the ban.

Hello, Activision. I hope you take the time to read my message. I thoroughly enjoyed playing Modern Warfare. However, my friends stopped playing due to the absence of a Battle Royale mode. While I tried to persuade them to return, they chose to go back to Black Ops 4, leaving me playing MW alone. Eventually, I sold my game as it was not being used. I am eagerly awaiting any official statement regarding the potential Battle Royale mode. The leaks have sparked excitement among fans, myself included, who are looking forward to more information and possibly a release date for this new mode. The lack of communication on this matter is frustrating, and I hope you can provide clarity soon. Although my feedback may seem insignificant, I wanted to express my hopes for the future of the game.
